Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K Prefilled Pod Kit
The Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K combines a rechargeable battery device with replaceable prefilled pod and refill-container sets. It is intended for adult vapers who want to keep the device and replace the consumable pod system when required.

Unwanted or Incorrect Items

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened vape products, e-liquids, prefilled pods and sealed consumable items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and clear photographs or a short video showing the issue. We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days after the return or claim has been approved. Delivery charges are refunded where required by UK consumer law.
